Outing Sunday September 13 Rattray Marsh

Rattray Marsh is a nature area in Lorne Park, west of Jack Darling Park. There is a substantial boardwalk over and around the marsh. It’s a good spot for nature photography, landscape/waterscape, and shots of the Toronto skyline. Paths are level and well maintained.

To reach the marsh – take Lakeshore Boulevard west from Mississauaga Road, turn left into Jack Darling Park. Drive to the parking lot closest to the shoreline.

We will meet in front of the main building (watch for the washroom signs), departing on foot along the Waterfront Trail at 8 AM Sunday  September 13, 2020.

We will practice appropriate distancing. Lots of benches and tables to hang out at – maybe bring a thermos of coffee !
